1. Shaded dates on each calendar below show available days, click on those days to see available times.
2. Be sure to check both calendars! Dr. Cameron and Dr. Kris have separate scheduling calendars. On mobile devices, scroll down past the first calendar to see the second.
(If we have cancellations, those times will automatically open on the calendar)
3. Click the time you would like and enter your information to schedule
4. You will need to calculate the road mileage to your home here or at the bottom of the page to select the correct price
5. Be sure to review our payment and cancellation policy prior to scheduling

Payment and Cancellation Policy
Calculate Road Mileage To Your Home (then scroll down to schedule)
Follow the link to Google Maps and type your home address in as the destination. This will calculate the road mileage between us and your home. You will use this road mileage to select the correct mileage fee during scheduling.

Red Zone 0-10 Miles - $395*
Yellow Zone 10-22 Miles - $415*
Green Zone 22-35 Miles - $435*
Blue Zone 35-45 Miles - $450*
Purple Zone 45-55 Miles - $465*
> 55 Miles - Contact us please - $485* and up
*Pets weighing 100lbs or more will increase price by $25
*Pets weighing 150lbs or more will increase price by $50
Private Cremation Package: Price + $325
Common Cremation (no ashes): Price + $100
*Pets 100lbs or more increases price to $150.
